- Payment has not been made or received by PILLAR within the allocated time;
- The merchandise is out of stock.
Can I request an alteration to an item I bought from by-pillar.com?
Yes, you can request an alteration to our Customer Service with an additional cost. You will be required to fill out a form and ship back the item to alter. However, we would encourage you to do measurements with our in-store sales assistant directly for maximum precision.
